Considerable experience in developing and facilitating study visits to share expertise between regions. Travelled and worked extensively throughout Europe, Asia & the Middle East providing significant intercultural experience and insight into the need to adapt and respond to an increasingly multi cultural society.

Wide ranging experience in the development and delivery of accredited and tailor made training programmes across all sectors. OCR/RSA Diploma in Teacher/ Training, accredited OCR/ RSA Assessor and experienced in diversity training, training the trainer in intercultural awareness, conflict management and facilitation. Training is delivered in a relaxed and entertaining manner drawing on extensive personal experience of working throughout Europe and Internationally.

Specialised in intercultural communication as part of Masters Degree in Business Administration. Active member of SIETAR, one of the largest networks for professionals working in the field of intercultural communication and professional member of the Chartered Management Institute.
